Organizational changes in Delta-p

Dear Partner,
As part of a generational change in Delta-p, several of the management positions will be
replaced by younger forces, positioning our company for the future.
From 1st of January 2025, the following changes have come into effect:
• Rasmus Haugli has taken the position as General Manager / CEO, replacing Dagfinn
Wold.
As part of a transition period, Dagfinn will continue to work for the company as Sr.
Sales Engineer & Business Advisor. He will maintain his position as a board member
and part owner.
• Frode Scheistrøen has taken the position as Sales Manager, replacing Inger Lise
Sandbeck.
As part of a transition period, Inger Lise will continue to work for the company as
Business & Administration Manager. She will maintain her position as Chairman of
the Board and part owner.
• Bo André Bergan has taken the position as Engineering Manager, replacing Frode
and Rasmus.
• Asgeir Jørgensen will maintain his position as Service Manager.
Secondly, effective from 23rd of December 2024, Delta-p has become part of Shift Energy
Holding (SEH) through a merger. SEH was initiated by Shift and established together with
the founders of Delta-p and Haakon Larsen as a platform for further growth by active and
long-term ownership of businesses delivering products, services, and technology to the
energy sector. Haakon Larsen has specialized in solid/liquid separation since 1927 and
delivered and serviced centrifuges for MEG regeneration systems worldwide for more than
25 years. Haakon Larsen will bring a modern workshop equipped for service, overhaul and
testing of rotating equipment to the group.
The merger will have no impact on Delta-p’s operation and Delta-p will continue to act as a
free-standing company within the group. The legal entity will remain as before, and any
commitments Delta-p have with its partners, suppliers and clients will remain unaffected.

Haakon Larsen, Delta-p and Shift partners to form industrial group

Effective on 23rd of December 2024, Haakon Larsen AS and Delta-p Pumpe- og Kompressor Systemer AS concluded a partnership and became part of Shift Energy Holding AS (Shift Energy). The group was established by the investment company Shift as a platform for active and long-term ownership of businesses delivering products, services, and technology to the energy sector.

Delta-p is a market leading turnkey specialist to the global energy market, providing fully engineered pump systems and rotating equipment packages with a ca. 20-year successful track record. Its core offerings include MEG injection-, cooling medium-, and chemical injection packages, as well as process and utility pumps. Delta-p is based in Asker with 40 employees, primarily engineers, and brings extensive engineering and project execution capabilities to the group.

Haakon Larsen has specialized in solid/liquid separation since 1927 and delivered and serviced centrifuges for MEG regeneration systems worldwide for more than 25 years. The company experience continued growth and high demand for its services within both the oil and gas and industrial segment. Becoming part of Shift Energy and partnering with Delta-p positions Haakon Larsen for the future, adding significant resources and growth opportunities. Haakon Larsen brings decades of global offshore aftermarket experience and a modern workshop for service, overhaul, and testing of rotating equipment to the partnership.

Going forward both companies will continue to operate independently, however seek collaboration opportunities which strengthens the offering to both companies’ customers.

The owners of both Haakon Larsen and Delta-p, all of which are active in the companies today, has reinvested all their holdings into Shift Energy to form a 50/50 partnership. Shift Energy is established as an industrial platform for further growth, both organically and inorganically, continuously developing businesses through active, permanent ownership. The strategy is centred around businesses with heritage from the Norwegian energy sector, where each company will continue its current operation with independent organization and brand. The Group’s pro-forma turnover in 2024 is ca. NOK 500 million.

Shift Energy also includes a majority ownership in Greenerway AS which was established by Haakon Larsen and has developed to become a leading supplier of battery system installations, fast charging infrastructure, and related energy management software to the growing market for electrification of heavy trucks in Norway.

Delta-p completed the cooling water installation for the new VSD at Norne

Delta-p have in Collaboration with Equinor Upgrade the Cooling system and installed this together with Stryvo and Trelleborg on the NORNE FPSO. It has been a new experience and the delivery and installtion went very well and with good margins within the time frame.

Delta-p to supply cooling medium skid for VSD&Transformer to Gudrun

Delta-p Pumpe and Kompressorsystemer AS, has been subcontracted by Aibel to supply cooling medium skid for VSD&Transformer to Gudrun, Norway. Delta-p located in Asker is a high quality supplier of pumps, pump packages and related equipment for the oil & gas market. Aibel, the Lead EPC for years has shown the trust in Delta-p to supply cooling medium skid for Gudrun. Delta-p will do the design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, packing and preservation. Delta-p has earlier delivered similar equipment to various other platforms in Norway.

Wintershall Dea cleared to use Dvalin facilities

German oil and gas company Wintershall Dea has received consent from Norway’s offshore safety body, the Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) to use the facilities on the Dvalin field in the Norwegian Sea.

Delta-p, Pumpe og Kompressor Systemer AS has successfully delivered all new High Pressure Pump Injection Systems for Statoil’s Dvalin tie in to Heidrun project.

The injection pumps will operate with injection pressures up to 645 barg. Delta-p has a long history of delivering high pressure pumps, and this confirms Delta-p’s position as a leading and innovative supplier for the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

This new inj pumps consists of 10 injection skids that will be put in operation, both for the new Dvalin field and also for existing Heidrun installations.

In addition Delta-p has delivered several centrifugal pumps for this project.
